Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Area
We ship worldwide to most countries and regions. We reserve the right to suspend delivery to high-risk areas temporarily.
2. Processing Time
All orders will be processed and arranged for shipment within 1-5 working days after successful payment, excluding weekends and holidays.
3. Shipping Method & Delivery Time
We use reliable international logistics channels.
Standard shipping: about 15–30 working days
Expedited shipping: about 7–15 working days
Delivery to the US takes only 3-7 working days.
Delivery time is only estimated, not fully guaranteed, affected by customs clearance, weather and logistics delays.
4. Shipping Fee
Shipping cost is calculated automatically according to product weight, volume and destination country, displayed at checkout page clearly.
5. Customs Duty & Import Tax
All import duties, tariffs, customs clearance fees and related charges shall be borne by the buyer. We will not be responsible for any tax payment.
6. Shipping Address Rules
Please fill in accurate, complete and detailed recipient name, phone number and full shipping address. We are not responsible for delivery failure, loss, return caused by wrong or incomplete address.
7. Shipment Confirmation
Once your order is dispatched, we will send tracking number to your registered email. You can track delivery status online.
8. Undeliverable & Returned Parcel
If the parcel is returned due to recipient refusal, unsuccessful delivery, long-term unclaimed or customs rejection, all return freight and re-delivery freight shall be paid by customers.
9. Lost & Damaged Goods
We will take responsibility for goods lost or severely damaged before shipping out. Once goods are handed over to logistics company, all transit risks shall be undertaken by buyers.
10. Shipping Restriction
We do not support changing shipping address or modifying order information after goods are shipped.
